A bit about me: I trained as a Plastic & Reconstructive Surgeon in London & learnt cosmetic procedures from some of the top surgeons in the world. I was honoured to receive Distinctions at both undergraduate & master’s degree levels, & I was awarded the Ian McGregor medal for the top performance in the Royal College of Surgeons Plastic Surgery exam, illustrating the dedication I have for providing the very highest standards of care to my patients. I now also teach advanced courses and masterclasses in cosmetic injectables for qualifying aestheticians.
My own journey: Graduating from medical school very overweight & unfit, I have worked hard to incorporate big changes into my weekly routine with great success – by using intermittent fasting & genetically tailored diets and exercise plans. I now dedicate my time and expertise to helping others achieve their own life goals, incorporating lasting changes into their daily routine.

My own journey: Over the course of my personal & professional life, I have experienced feelings of failure & vulnerability. After a career change and a marriage that didn’t work out as I had intended, I appreciate that life often doesn’t go according to plan and that’s okay. It’s also okay to feel the way we do in the face of challenging circumstances. These feelings allow us to step back and reflect on what really matters to us and permit us to operate in another way.

My own journey: For me as an Italian, food has always been a lifelong passion not only from a social, cultural & culinary point of view but also for its fascinating role in human biochemistry. A bit about me: : I am a fully qualified medical doctor and ICF-accredited life & executive coach. During my career I have experienced many sides to humanity; in my earlier A&E years I cared for patients in often critical situations and now through my coaching, I am fortunate enough to support people in making positive life changes and watch them thrive. Over the last 13 years, I have coached across various industries, working in medicine, music, tech start-ups, mental health & even television.
My own journey: As a medical professional, I have always wanted to support others towards health & well-being. But the long nights in A&E and the ruthless demands of the medical world, made me question my own integrity. “If I can’t live a healthy, balanced life as a doctor, who am I to expect this of my patients.” This lead me on a quest for self-discovery, which allowed me to live in alignment with my own beliefs, sexuality & career-calling. A bit about me: I trained in Nutrition & Dietetics and have over 3 years of experience, having previously worked at Kings College London as a researcher in the Gut Health Department. My approach as a Nutritionist is not ‘one size fits all.’ Everyone receives a personalised plan to ensure we get the best results possible. I focus on healing your relationship with food using a mindful eating approach & promoting long-lasting healthy eating habits.
My own journey: Having personally experienced a long love-hate relationship with food whilst at university, this led to me researching how to ‘treat’ emotional eating. Once I discovered the mindful eating approach, it helped me enormously. I decided to use my discoveries to help others struggling with emotional eating. Having completed my mindful eating training, my passion is helping people with their diet and guiding them on their wellness journey to enjoy food & be healthy.

A bit about me: : I am an accredited Wellbeing Life Coach endorsed by the Association for Coaching UK in 2020 & a registered member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy) since 2005. I mainly work with adult clients, individuals and couples in private practice in Harley Street, London. Besides these studies, I have also spent the last three decades advancing in Mindfulness, Vedanta & Body, Mind & Soul balancing practices. These are all essential aspects of my work as a Holistic Personal Coach.
My own journey: My journey hasn’t been plain sailing at all! Having experienced true hardship when growing up in South America, I later developed depression and body dysmorphia in adulthood. However, these adversities taught me some precious lessons too; every seed of hardship also contains seeds of its total opposite – namely abundance, love & hope. Recognising this helped to turn my life around for the better. Now I help others achieve their dreams, become mentally & emotionally strong & connect with their purpose in life. Being able to help others is what inspires me most in life.

My own journey: On my first ever rugby match, we lost simply due to the other teams pure physicality. It was then I learnt that the more you invest in yourself, the better you will do. Since then I have made it a priority to invest in myself both in and out of the gym – mentally and physically. Now I help others to do the same.

I underestimated how intensely, trauma affects us & that we can go through life without even acknowledging it. Coaching guided me to restructure my mind & helped me build tools that connect me to who I really am.
