Finally, a complete assessment wouldn’t be complete without a Circle Consultation. Not losing the weight you’d hoped, our Nutritionist can help with a low calorie, high protein diet. Not able to find time to commit to the workouts our Life Coach can help you find the work/life balance you need. Struggling to maintain muscle mass as you get older, you may need a testosterone level check with one of our doctors. We would recommend booking a Circle Consultation so you can have a complete assessment alongside a nutritionist, life coach and rejuvenation specialist. An hour with each Expert individually would come to over £500 but we are currently offering the Circle Consultation at a very cost effective price of £99. Alternatively, if you’d prefer to book a session solely with a personal trainer this is also available. To book either appointment please click on the book now button below.

How Do You Monitor My Progress at Onelife?2022-01-21T11:48:57+00:00

All our personal training packages include repeat body composition analyses to completely assess your body. This looks at muscle mass, fat percentage, water content and others and is more advanced than monitoring with weight alone. Our packages also included a check in Circle Consultation so our experts can see how you are progressing and whether anything else is needed to help you achieve your goals.

How Does My Personal Trainer Link in With the Other Experts at Onelife?2022-01-21T11:47:08+00:00

If your aim is to lose weight or build muscle, your personal trainer will work with our nutritionists to integrate your nutritional and fitness plan to optimise these changes. If you are returning to exercise after significant body changes such as injury or pregnancy, your personal trainer will work with our rejuvenation specialists to see if surgical or non surgical options need to be explored. An example of this is when the tummy wall muscles need to be tightened after childbirth to restore core strength. All of our OneLife and OneLuxe packages include a discussion of your care at our monthly multidisciplinary team meeting and a free report will be sent to you with suggestions on how other Experts may be able to help.
